Payment Terms

Billing and Invoicing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance per period (monthly or annually) unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices are issued electronically and payable upon receipt unless a due date is stated.
• Late payments may incur interest and collection costs as permitted by law.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods via our payment processors. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees and any overages or add-ons you select.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for applicable sales, VAT, GST, or similar taxes. We may collect and remit taxes where required.

Renewals, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable unless a refund policy is expressly stated for your plan.
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Contact support@blingsales.com to resolve billing issues before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension and fees passed through by processors where permitted.

Price Changes

We may change prices with prior notice. Changes apply to the next renewal term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credits and Promotions

Promotional rates and credits are subject to terms and may expire. Credits have no cash value unless required by law.
